Begin Your Juicing Journey.

1. Decide how many days you want to cleanse

  • This decision typically depends on how much of the toxins in your body you want to cleanse and how long you feel you are willing to endure the detox process. Typically after the third day, hunger doesn’t bother you as much if you aren’t going too long without your juice and are also drinking enough water.

  • We typically recommend doing a 3-day cleanse. Then on the third day, decide if you want to keep going or if you want to re-introduce food. If you choose to re-introduce food, we highly recommend a light and clean plant-based diet. Most people who don’t make good food decisions after a cleanse will not feel well after eating processed, high fat, sugary and/or salty foods.

  • In the inspirational documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, Joe Cross does a full 60-day cleanse. We recommend watching this when you start to feel discouraged about the juicing process.

2. Choose one of our three packages - Aura Cleanse, Chakra Cleanse and Juice Till Dinner

  • Our Aura Cleanse is best for those who have Aura Juice favorites. It comes with Cashew Milk, the Master Cleanse, and your choice of one lemonade and three other juices. This cleanse is most effective when incorporated with fasting.

  • If you aren’t sure which juices you may like, or you want to focus on activating your chakra alignment, the Chakra Cleanse will be right for you. This package includes seven bottles of pre-selected flavors to take the decision-making process out of it. This cleanse is most effective when incorporated with fasting.

  • Not ready for a full fast? Juice all day long and eat a whole food, plant-based meal for dinner. Our Juice Till Dinner package comes with four bottles of your choice.

3. Prepare for the journey!

  • Begin preparing your body as soon as you decide on doing a cleanse. Start by eating raw fruits and vegetables two to three days before starting your cleanse. This helps begin the detoxing process for your body.

  • You’ll want to empty your pantry and refrigerator of anything that might be tempting during your fasting and cleanse. You will also want to make sure that you have enough space in the fridge to store all your juices.

  • Start telling your friends, family and co-workers that you will be doing this cleanse. Ask for them to support your journey as you go through it and to hold off on invitations for eating out or offering food that may tempt you to break your fast. Fasting is the best way to completely cleanse your body while juicing.

4. How to juice throughout your day

  • You’ll want to drink one of the juices every two to three hours throughout the day

  • If you have a Cashew Milk, you’ll want to drink that one last so that you have the protein through the night.

  • Pace yourself and take your time. It should take you about 30 minutes to finish one juice. Practice mindfulness as you drink the juice. Imagine the detoxification process taking place within your body.

  • In between juices, drink a lot of water. We prefer Pristine Hydro Water because of its mineralized properties and quality.

  • If you are so hungry that you want to bite your arm off, you can have a few pieces of raw fruit or raw, unsalted almonds.

5. What to expect while juicing

  • In our experience, the first three days are the most challenging. On the first day, you will feel your body cleanse itself. You will likely be in the bathroom more often than usual as your body flushes throughout the day.

  • You may experience headaches. This is a natural part of the detoxing process. We suggest water to help combat the pain.

  • After the second and third day, you won’t experience a bowel movement because you’ve flushed out most of the solid foods you’ve eaten, and now all you are consuming is liquids. The juices are nutrient-dense so you will be getting plenty of nutrients as you are going through the process.

  • Typically by the fourth day, you won’t feel as hungry as you think you would be.

6. What to do if you get hungry

  • If you start to feel hungry, keep sipping on your juice and drink more water.

  • Staying busy will help keep your mind off your perceived hunger.

  • Journaling helps you to process your emotions through the cleansing process. Write out what you are experiencing and remember to go back and read it. You’ll be amazed at how much your emotions change throughout the journey. You will begin to see the spiritual connectedness through your journaling.
